I was initially in doubt they were able to satisfy my needs. They took the photo of the model kit which I wanted to purchase, the Dendrobium HGUC 1/144 jumbo size gundam and convinced me they were able to deliver the package undamaged to Sabah.
They wrapped the package in three layers and it came within a week as promised
I was a bit worried on day 7 and they seemed to not respond to my querries after day 6 or 7 perhaps they were busy
Overall I think I will recommend this site as it proved that even a customer like me can feel reassured. The emails to reassure me went up to 40 in total until midnight before I purchased thsi RM 1110 gundam rare item

Allow me to give some suggestions. About back to back order, buyers should proceed to payment only after you had confirm that there is stock for that particular item. This method can ease the buyers by avoiding too many transactions. Thank you.

Overall, very good service. Refund on out of stock item was received immediately upon confirmation on my side. Goods received were in good order, but I think u guys need to label the package as fragile. My box was a bit squashed when it arrived. Luckily nothing was broken though. Another thing, how come the boxes are not wrapped in their original shrink wrap like the ones bought at the stores? Previously opened packages aren't really nice to be received. Unless u guys have some sort of QC system where you inspect the goods before shipping it off. In that case, it should be noted and explained somewhere.
Again, overall service was good. U guys just need to keep an eye on your couriers...thanks a bunch. Looking forward to dealing with u guys again.
