Method 1: Pay online with your credit card
We accept online credit card transaction.
Please note that the Payment is process by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd. The Name of Mobile88.com will be shown on your Credit Card / Bank Statement and you will also receive a notification e-mail from Mobile88 on the Transaction.
Method 2: Bank Transfer
We also accept payment make through ATM Transfer, Direct / Over-Counter Bank-in or Internet Banking (Maybank2U, HSBC, RHB, CIMB Clicks etc.). The bank in infomation will send together to your email with the Order Confirm Email.
The bank requires one working day to process cash transfered using Interbank Funds Transfer (GIRO). Therefore, orders paid using GIRO will take one extra day to ship.
IMPORTANT: After you have successfully made the payment, kindly contact us immediately through e-mail to the e-mail address attached in the order confirmation letter with the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Date & time of payment
- Payment method
- Amount paid
If you are making payment via online bank transfer (non-Maybank, PBB or CIMB), please choose the GIRO or Instant interbank option. If you are making payment via a Cash Deposit Machine, please deposit an amount greater than the order amount. E.g. If order amount is RM76.20, please deposit RM80.00. Gundam.my will refund the extra amount via bank transfer.
The currency must be in RM when paying from a foreign bank account.
All orders will be processed after the confirmation and verification of payment is successful.
You will be notified via e-mail regarding the approval and shipment of your items.

Refunds or exchanges will be given at the discretion of the company management. All of our products are sold in the same packing that it was obtained directly from our manufacturers or distributors. For hygiene reasons, all items will not be exchanged or returned except for items that was shipped incorrectly or damaged during the delivery process. However, the items must not be opened or used.
