This is the third time I bought gunpla on Gundam.my and so far the communications and payment process are in best and superb. Thank you helping me so much for inform me about the refund transfer bank-in and change items request regarding no ready stock. But, this time I really disappointing with delivery service. They supposedly start sending the items on 5th December but delayed until they updated the delivery tracker as bad address on 8th December. I have no idea why the updated as bad address since before that the two order items before have no problems delivering them even though there are some delays made. I worried if the items is missing or have been stolen during delivery process so I emailed them to know the status of the parcel. Eventually, they transferred the parcel to Klang Express Centre and send them on 9th December. I grateful no dents or tears appeared on the parcel and they said the reasons happened is due to unrecognized/unfamiliar my address from new person-in-charged who sending the parcel so I understand why is it happened. After this, when I made new order, I will take Poslaju as my parcel courier rather than ABX Express due to trustworthy and send them right on time without any delays to be made. I hope you all would considered this as improving the delivery service and good services. Thank you.

Very sorry on the parcel delay as, yeay, sometimes the delivery overtaken by new staff then it will be handled wrongly.

Yes, you may use POSLAJU, but please put a remark on the order form to inform us of this changes, then we will followup with boss if anything comes by.
Thanks again for the rich comment that boss provide, and we shall seek to make the services better and better each time.

I\'ve received my kit but the packaging was dented. I\'ve checked the runners and none of it broke. I\'m not 100% satisfied due to this but I can definitely say that I\'m happy with your service (the dented packaging was clearly the courier service\'s fault), and I would gladly be ordering from your company again. Oh and can I ask for bubble wrapping for my next item? Thanks.

This is my first time buying from Gundam.my and here\'s my 2 cents. First, the communication in between the customer and the company is very good. I received quick replies when I asked about my item. Second, I have yet to receive my item (ordered it on 26th November) so I can\'t really say much at this point. But, I\'m getting a bit disappointed when I was told by the courier service that my item will at least reach me on 11th December. I saw many other customers received their items in just a few days (the quickest one was 1 day). It\'s not that I\'m disappointed with the company, rather the courier service is a bit, sorry to say this, lousy. As I said it before, it\'s my first time, so I don\'t really know how things work around here, so I apologize if I said anything bad.

thanks for the comment boss, if the shipping is going to Sabah / Sarawak it will take around 7 - 10 working days we have written it clearly on our website http://www.gundam.my/shipping.php

You may request our customer service for POSLAJU service if needed we shall deliver accordingly with extra charges based upon the parcel weight too boss.
Last but not least we apologize on the delay of the parcel again as usually it is 2  - 3 days if u staying around West Malaysia.

Shipment out for delivery at 9am from Subang, it is now 5pm and still package haven\'t arrived. I don\'t believe that it takes 2 days to deliver a parcel within the klang valley. Poslaju has no problem with this, so i dont think ABX should either. Next time I will put note down when ordering to NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE.

If u prefer POSLAJU, just put a remark during the ordering form process, and we will calculate the extra charges and inform u by SMS / phone.

Sorry for late reply due to some circumstance, overall the process including Q&A through email are great and superb even though I made a pre-order item which I have to wait until the item is in stock. The ABX Express delivery process this time are much improved than the last one. They send the items the next day after you guys sent it to them on 17 November as you guys stressed them to sent the items right on time without any reasons to delay. In the end, I hope you guys can maintain this way in my next order in future. Thank you. X3
