MGSD Destiny Gundam

The Destiny Gundam from "Gundam Seed Destiny" is the fifth release in Bandai's high-end SD brand, "MGSD"! It features impressive volume, complete with its distinctive armaments like the Wings of Light!

The Arondight Beam Sword and High-Energy Long-Range Beam Cannon feature MGSD-original gimmicks that allow the blade to be extended and the barrel to be deployed.
The wings can be deployed using multiple movable axes. The Wings of Light can also be recreated by attaching effect parts.
In addition to armaments such as the High-Energy Beam Rifle and Shield, effect parts for the beam shield are included.
The grip for the Beam Boomerang can be detached by unlocking the shoulder parts. Two types of effect parts for the beam boomerang are included -- one long and one short.
The muzzle of the Palma Fiocina in the palm is recreated using silver "Real Metallic Gloss Injection" parts! The wrist movement allows you to easily recreate your favorite scenes!
The MGSD series' unique frame structure allows the internal frame to be recreated in SD size, providing extra-smooth movement!

Wing Gundam Zero is three-dimensionalized with a completely new design! The Wing Binder is the key to overwhelming mobility and flight ability, and is equipped with an original gimmick unique to RG!

 The joint part of the Wing Binder is equipped with a 5-axis movable point, realizing flexible posing.
 The vernier inside the Wing Binder has a built-in interlocking gimmick that rotates the unit, extends the internal nozzle, and deploys the fins at the same time.
 By rearranging the parts, it can be transformed into Neo Bird form. Equipped with a transformation gimmick of the leg tip that imagines the play.
 The shoulder armor deploys to expose the vernier. The beam saber can also be stored.
 In addition to the cockpit hatch, the chest intake cover can be opened and closed.
 The machine cannon deploys by opening and closing the cover on the top of the chest intake.
 The hip joint is equipped with two swing axes that can move independently. By sinking the waist, more flexible posing is possible.
 Equipped with a gimmick that deploys the knee armor and shin armor in conjunction with the bending of the knee. Smooth bending of the knees is achieved.
 Twin Buster Rifle can be combined/separated. The barrel extends and retracts as an original RG gimmick, creating a powerful effect when firing.
 The shield features an extendable nose block and an original RG gimmick of interlocking small wings.
 A locking mechanism is installed in the weapon handle, increasing the holding power when holding the Twin Buster Rifle.

Builder's Note (Important)

  • Skill Level: Advanced/Expert. As a third-party kit, tolerances may be tighter than official Bandai products. You may need to sand pegs, trim "under-gated" nubs carefully, or use a pin vise to widen holes for a perfect fit.

  • Articulation vs. Detail: While fully articulated, the sheer volume of the armor design limits range of motion slightly compared to a standard MG Nu Gundam Ver.[5] Ka. It is designed primarily for a commanding shelf presence and static posing.

  • Face Detail: The face mask vents are typically molded solid (without open slits), so panel lining is highly recommended to bring out the details.
